The Always Aim High organised event will be known as the Pedalcover Slateman Triathlon for the next two years in a move to strengthen an already very successful partnership between the two Welsh companies.
Last month, renowned multi sport magazine 220 Triathlon named the event as one of the greatest in the world, ranking highly alongside races in New Zealand, the Caribbean and Sweden.

Having recently been voted one of 220’s best triathlons in the world, being in the heart of Snowdonia national park it is always a sell out so it’s a great opportunity for us to raise awareness of our unique insurance policy.

Over 1,500 competitors, and 4,000 spectators, are expected to descend on Llanberis to compete across Sprint, Full and Savage distances which will take them through some of the most stunning roads and routes the area has to offer. The race comprises of a swim in Llyn Padarn, a cycle through the heart of Snowdonia and a trail run through the stunning Padarn Country Park.
