Trail Running | Black Diamond Torchlight Trail 2023
Black Diamond Torchlight Trail 2023 Trail Running 10k
The trail race will start and finish in the event village and take our runners around the forest trails before welcoming them back at the end of their adventure.
The trail follows the same route as the Sandman Triathlon Sprint, only this time it's by head torch light! The run takes place on the rugged trails of Newborough Forest. Running through the trees and down along the sand dunes is both wonderful and gruelling. The last 1.5km is almost entirely on sand but it only makes the accomplishment all the more rewarding. 5k runners tackle it once, 10km runners take it on twice!
