Proof of Completion

Once you have completed your distance all you need to do is send us an email with a record of your activity. Evidence must be submitted by the 4th day of the following month e.g. November evidence must be received by 4th December.

We understand that not everyone has the latest technology so you can do this any way that suits you.

If you have a tracker, Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, bike computer, phone app (like Strava, Nike Running or MapMyRide) or any other similar recording device it is easy to record, just upload a photo or screenshot and that is it! If you are planning on completing some or all of your miles on a treadmill or exercise bike a photo of the display is just fine.

Swim distances can be harder to record but if you don’t have a swim tracker, all you need to do is times the length of the pool you swim in by the number of lengths you have swum to get your total distance. Add this to a training log for your evidence file. You can also use your own training log (written or on a spreadsheet) to keep track of any distance ran or cycled and submit this as your proof of completion.

Juniors

We understand it can be difficult for our younger participants to record their miles. So, we now send all awards for Juniors to the parent or guardian on the entry without the need for evidence - it is then at the parents discretion whether the medals are awarded.
