British & Welsh Triathlon 2026 Major Events calendar announced
Once again, Always Aim High Events has been selected to host a series of prestigious European and World Triathlon Qualifying Major Events — a true reflection of the exceptional quality and unique character of our races.
In addition, Welsh Triathlon has awarded us two of the six Super Series stages, along with three Welsh National Championship events and one British National Championship event.
It’s shaping up to be an incredible and action-packed 2026 season!

Looking for an early-season opportunity to qualify for the GB Age-Group Team? This is your race!
For the first time ever, the Llandudno Duathlon will host the Standard Distance Duathlon World Championship Qualifier. The Sprint Triathlon race will also be a National Championships.
Now taking place in June, the course showcases everything that makes Llandudno special. Athletes will race along the closed-road Marine Drive, a stunning coastal route circling the iconic Great Orme. With the run segments following the flat, fast promenade, lined with supporters and cheering crowds.

For the first time ever, we are thrilled to host a Middle Distance Championship event at our Sandman Triathlon. The Legend Distance (70.3) has been a staple at Sandman and we’re excited to see it continue to grow—now offering athletes the opportunity to compete for championship honors.
No need to pre-register for the championship—simply enter the race and ensure you're a Welsh Triathlon member to be eligible for the award.

The Welsh Triathlon Super Series is a collaboration of six televised sprint and standard triathlon events that showcase Wales as the natural home of Triathlon and multisport. We are thrilled to have two of the events on our 2026 calendar.
