Volunteer Reward Scheme
Our Volunteer Marshals are a huge part of our team, who give up their time and help make our events what they are with their pro-activeness, positivity, encouragement and hard work.
Our Volunteer Reward Scheme recognises the effort and shows our appreciation of our amazing volunteers.
Individuals
Individuals can choose between Always Aim High Store vouchers, race entries or donations to a charity or community group. The value depends on the time volunteered and the technical nature of the job.
Groups
Volunteering at an event is a fabulous way for groups to come together, promote teamwork and raise money. We have many different community groups take part from sports clubs to schools, scouts and cadets and local charities. Groups are rewarded with a donation to their group or race entries that can be used to generate sponsorship and raise further funds for their cause.
Marshal Party
At the end of the season, we invite all those who have volunteered with us to join us for a drink and some grub at the Events Hub to say thank you. Any leftover Event Merchandise is on offer free of charge and there is a fantastic free raffle sponsored by some of our partners.
Interested in Volunteering?
From feed stations to directing, managing transition, tail ending, or giving out finisher mementos on the finish line we will help find a job that suits you and welcome anyone of any age and even dogs (in certain positions).
