AREA

The places we hold our races are hugely special with great environmental importance and they're also our homes.
We want to inspire activity in the outdoors, appreciation of the natural world, and action to protect it.

Many of our participants choose to stay in the local area when competing in one of our events. With the majority of our events held in North Wales, below is some information about this special area of the world and how you can visit here responsibly.

  • Plan ahead - Take extra time to plan your visit and pre-book any visits to attractions or places to eat.
  • Make use of the local transport links- If you can leave the car behind and make use of the bus and rail transport links.
  • Shop local -Wales is famous for its amazing Welsh produce if you can be sure to shop small and local to the area you are staying.
  • Be responsible- When out in the mountains be sure to follow the countryside code by following signs, closing gates, and leave no trace of litter.
