You must be at least 15 years old to take part in this race.

All UK residents who opted to have their bib posted and entered at least 21 days before the event date will receive their bib (race number) through the post. If you’re one of these people, there is no need to register in person before the event. Your Final Instructions will be emailed to you 10 days before the event and will also be available on the website.

If you live outside the UK, opted to collect your bib, or entered within 21 days of the event start date, your bib (race number) must be collected before the race. Bib collection will be available 1 hour prior to your race start and can be found near the start line in the event village on Wood Street (LL59 5AS)*. You will be able to find the Final Instructions on the website 10 days before the race.

The 10k usually starts at 09:30 though this is subject to change. The race start time will be confirmed in your Final Instructions which are available to view on the website 10 days prior to the race. The race starts on Wood Street in Menai Bridge, LL59 5AS.

There is no cutoff for the 10K, other than at the finish line at 13:00 (3.5 hrs after the race start).

Finish line timing will end at 13:00.

We hold a prize giving ceremony after the race, approximate timings will be detailed in the Final Instructions however it is a good idea to listen out for any updates that come in over the tannoy. Sometimes the ceremony may be delayed and we wouldn't want you to miss out. We don't send out prizes after the event, so make sure you attend the ceremony and receive your big Welsh cheer!
