Gift Vouchers - Terms and Conditions

A Gift Voucher can be used in full or part payment against any products (excluding Gift Vouchers) available in the Always Aim High Events online shop, or for entry to any Always Aim High Event.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

When products are purchased using a Gift Voucher, no change will be given in cash but any balance remaining on a Gift Voucher will remain on the voucher for future use.

If the purchase cost exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking.

The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable. A gift voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift Vouchers.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no inherent monetary value.

Where Always Aim High Events agrees to provide a refund for products purchased using a Gift Voucher, the amount of the purchase price paid using a Gift Voucher will be reimbursed by being added to a gift voucher. Where Always Aim High Events agrees to replace products, purchased using a Gift Voucher, with a product of lower value, the difference in value will be reimbursed by being added to a Gift Voucher.

Please look after the Gift Voucher and treat it like cash. We do not collect and maintain information on the holders of Gift Vouchers and therefore, if a Gift Voucher is used without the consent of the Gift Voucher holder or is lost, stolen, or damaged we cannot replace or reimburse the balance on the Gift Voucher.
