Set in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia) at Plas y Brenin, the National Outdoor Centre, the Snowman Triathlon and Duathlon is one of the UK's toughest and most spectacular endurance events. This is mountain racing at its finest, where every swim, ride, and run is surrounded by breathtaking scenery, and every finish is truly earned.

Every race begins beneath the dramatic skyline of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) before venturing deep into the mountains. Swim in the crystal-clear waters of Llynau Mymbyr, ride spectacular mountain roads, and finish with a demanding trail run through Dyffryn Ogwen and onto the slopes of Moel Siabod. Whether you choose the Sprint, Standard, or Legend 70.3 Triathlon, or the Sprint Duathlon, every distance offers an unforgettable adventure.

The Snowman isn't about chasing easy miles. It's about embracing the mountains, pushing beyond your comfort zone, and crossing the finish line knowing you've conquered one of the UK's toughest and most rewarding endurance events.

Our headline charity partner for The Snowman Triathlon, Duathlon and Swims is The Mountain Adventure Fund, an initiative of the Mountain Training Trust, who operate at Plas y Brenin to offer children from financially disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to be inspired by the outdoors, helping to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
