Triathlon y Bala 2025

The beautiful Triathlon y Bala triathlon begins with a water start in the famous Llyn Tegid with Aran Fawddwy providing a dramatic backdrop, before progressing onto the stunning bike and run course.

Combine this fast course with some of the best spectator support out there, and you have a race experience like no other. Whether you're a veteran of this race, or looking to take part for the first time, make sure Bala is on your event calendar!

Triathlon y Bala is supporting Tom Harrison House. Tom Harrison House is an addiction recovery centre supporting veterans from across the UK and all three services as well as still-serving soldiers, reservists and those in the emergency services. The programme also offers support to family members. The specialist team at the centre are supported by dedicated volunteers, all who have been through the programme themselves. With exercise playing a major part in recovery supporting both mental and physical health, taking part in the triathlon has given an important focus to many residents - look out for the boys and girls in blue at the event and give them a cheer!
