Harlech Triathlon 2025

We regret to inform you that the Harlech Swimming Pool has permanently closed and will not be reopening. All options of securing funding for the pool have now been exhausted. Unfortunately, this means that the Harlech Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon event, which has been a beloved tradition for over 20 years, will no longer take place in Harlech in 2025. Both we and the Harlech Triathlon Club, with whom we closely collaborate, are deeply saddened by this news.

However, we're thrilled to announce that we've secured an incredible new location for the event on the same date (April 6th). The Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon will now be held stunning Eirias Park, Colwyn Bay, LL29 7SP where you'll get to swim in the fantastic Eirias Park Swimming Pool and race along the beautiful promenade culminating stadium track finish. We're working closely with the passionate teams at Colwyn Bay Leisure Centre and Conwy Council events team to make this event unforgettable! Entries will be opening soon!
